Seems strange even the somewhat inconsistent AC call center struggled with I want XXX-ZZZ in Flex M then ZZZ-YYY in P etc.

Do let us know if a new agent is able to provide what should be a basic request.

And remember that some code could fit into multiple types of fare these days.
