The fact Norwegians don't get access to the 144 hour TWOV made me realise that there's a chance a post-Brexit, British citizens might not, too. Probably a small risk - other European, non-EU countries like Serbia do get access - but food for thought.
TWOV is partly not only economically reasoned, but also politically. Serbia is on good terms with China, Norway isn't.
Unless the UK becomes either quite a bit poorer (very much possible "thanks" to Brexit - but I doubt it would make THAT much of a difference) or runs an Anti-Chinese campagin by their gouvernment (unlikely, they seem to prefer to blame the EU for their own shortcomings) I can't see them being dropped.
But then, that's assuming a somewhat orderly Brexit. Not Scotland declaring Independence, North Ireland joining Ireland, and Wales and England suddenly finding themself in a massive infight.
