If some of your flights are on United (or *A), you could look at the MileagePlus Explorer card - it comes with two lounge passes per year and has an annual fee of $95 (waived the first year). I get the feeling you may be willing to pay a bit more than that for more consistent lounge access.

Your best option may be to try to get the CSR again (even without the bonus, you may get better value out of it than Amex Plat in your situation), or wait for the new Citi Prestige.
