This is exactly the setup at OAK. I'm sure that a PP lounge at OAK would be swamped at peak commute hours unless it were 3 times the size of the current Escape lounge.
PP lounges or restaurants work if they have enough capacity. But then I wonder how long Chase will be willing to pay the cost. I expect a series of cutbacks to PP benefits for credit card holders, starting with an annual maximum number of uses. .
