Marriott loyalty ? Status promised, guaranteed and not assigned later !

Who is in this same situation as I, all info about status conditions for 2019 published in 2018 told you if you make THIS conditions you will have THIS status in 2019 (LTPEE, PL+Ambassador etc...).

But now you will have answer as sameone put on Sami Chu blog :' here’s your response form Marriott.
” Just a little bump. BTW, we don’t care so please stop asking.” - Arne Sorenson ' .

Last year I have on year counter 100 nights (only in SPG hotels) and waiting extra with Annual Choice benefit till end of year if it will be any problem with my 5night award stay at Corfu I will keep open Annual Choice with extra 5 nights to my 2018 nights counter and on 15.January when it was possible make choice of Annual Choice - I choose 5 nights to my 2018 nights. This mean I will finish 2018 with totaly 105 nights at SPG only network. But today I have answer form WIlliam that sorry 'You will not have PPE+Ambassador 2019 you did not have enough qualifying nights to earn an Ambassador (in 2018)' without any maths explaining what's going on.

In November I made one night stay which push my year counter to 100 nights and starts asking when I will have Ambassador status, no one answer in that case I wrote email to general Ambassador email and have answer :

At 2.January (after resending again it from 20.December) I wrote to William with question and few days later I resend my question where is problem and he answered :

Hands fall .... If I know where is problem I would make some nights additionally and I had time for it from mid-November but in this scenario corporate answer is 'We have you and you will not do anything'
