NO miles of any sort for a flight operated by JetBlue even if it's a SU codeshare. However, DL and SU interline, so you should be able to do the SEA-JFK segment on DL. You might want to check what other USA airports are served by SU.

If you're at SEA, have you looked at fares and itineraries from YVR? Many TATL and TPAC routes are much cheaper exCanada.
