Will do. In everyone's experience, does these DM / International line agents put up a fuss if the travel dates are after certificate expiration? Guess I'll have to HUCA a bunch if so.
I’m also only a Delta Platinum at the moment so hopefully getting a smart agent won’t be hard.

Agree. The Twitter agent is confused/wrong. Call the DM line and they should be able to confirm the GUCs right away (or transfer to Intl reissue if needed).
