Yes I mentioned I was searching the entire route within Expert flyer. The entire route together shows Z inventory. The entire route is also delta marketed by KLM operated.

Remember the "married segments" rule. The Z inventory must be available when searching from the start and end point of the KLM operated itinerary. For example, if you are flying KUL > AMS > JFK and the entire route is Delta-marketed but KLM-operated, then Z inventory has to show when searching KUL > JFK. It doesn't matter whether or not available on the individual segments.
