did anyone do the recent Dollar General buy a new Serve green card, get $15 bonus added? the promo goes thru 2/10/19 according to receipt
this is my first Serve card, registered the temp card, and they said they were sending me an official card 7-10 days. Purchased 1/18, now its 1/20 and I still don't see the $15 bonus. Did they kill this promo already?
