I suspect it was whoever turned up after you - the lounge agent saw they were not qualified and either didn't scan the boarding pass or something else happened to revert to the previous passenger (i.e. you). They then noted that CCR access was denied, which they do to stop the CCR equivalent of HUACA. And that note found itself on to the CSD's iPad.
