Quebec City: winter carnival - looking for scheduling advice
The miles_navigator family is driving to Quebec City for the winter carnival this year. Kids are middle school age. We are staying at Hilton Quebec getting in Sat. Feb 16 early afternoon and leaving Mon. Feb 18 by afternoon. We have our own car to get around
Questions:
1) Is Sat afternoon, e.g. 3pm on-wards into the evenng/night sufficient time for the carnival related activities?
2) Aside from the carnival activities, we want to do dog sledding, snow tubing at Valcartier and visit to the Ice Hotel. Question, if we book dog sledding on Sun. Feb 17 at 11am for 1 hour can we still do the snow tubing and the Ice Hotel or is that too many activities back to back? The other option is to move do sledding to Mon. Feb 18 in the morning.
Would appreciate any suggestions.
