Your feedback is in line with what we heard from @wkndtraveler so hearing twice a similar message in a span of a few months from two seasoned travellers = if someone wants to stay there, then set your expectations accordingly. There are lots of great other options in the region so as far as I am concerned no need to waste a precious holiday there if you want good value for the money as a Platinum guest. This property needs to up its game before I consider staying there.
