IF you do have to collect bags - follow signs to enter Korea. Collect bags. Take free shuttle bus to T1. Check in for Lufthansa there. 5 hours will be enough for that presuming no major layovers.

Arrival in ICN(T2) → 1-132 Transfer (2F) → get on board IAT(Shuttle Train) → Boarding Pass or ITR sould be scaned at the 1-50 Trasnfer gate → get on board IAT(Shuttle Train) → Transfer security screening (2F) → Departure area (3F)
* Passengers without an onward flight boarding pass can check-in
and receive a boarding pass at transfer desk or boarding gate of an operating carrier.
