Flew MIA-LAX on this recently, upgraded into F. The recline and seat cushion were indeed lacking. Somehow, the comfort level seemed not too much higher than JetBlue EMS (their version of MCE) if you happen to score an empty middle. Was surprised to receive “flagship” catering but disappointed with the dry chicken appetizer and dry chicken stuffed with spinach. The buy on board Zoë’s branded wrap in economy (on my other flight) was more palatable. I would not recommend buying this F product outright.
