Hotels in Indonesia and Philippines charge 21% on top of your bill. Singapore 15% and Hong Kong only 10%. All is service charge of 10% plus all sorts of local taxes AFAIK. They are sometimes reffered to as the 'famous +++'s' or triple plus.
