Either way, there's no room for expansion of domestic belts. I think it was the stupidest thing in the world to build that without expanding facilities. The airport still looks like the same dead place it used to be in the old terminal. Crappy shops, crappy restaurants. Crappy everything.
The YOW board deserves to be hung out to dry.
