Question about the PP seat (non-bulk head). Does anyone know if the leg rests in the non-bulk head seats are attached to the seat or are they foot rests attached to the seat in front? I read leg rest in the wiki, but recall seeing it was just a foot rest on another aircraft so wanted to check.
