Customer service North America vs Europe - for hotel stay problems
Without going into the specifics - here is my general statement and question:
When I have had problems in the past with stays at Hilton family of Hotels in USA or Canada - I have received compensation which I felt was sufficient to compensate me for the problems I experienced.
Now, I am discussing my problems, which I experienced at a Hilton family hotel in Germany, with the customer service based in the UK. I have been offered much less in compensation for issues which I would say are at least as extensive or as serious as those experienced in the North American hotels.
How should I proceed?
