As everyone echoed, I would call the hotel. I attached my number to the reservation after booking though Hilton's call center but the hotel couldn't properly see my status. I struggled to get the basic perks and didn't get anything extra.
Can't I just call the Hilton reservation number and have them do it, provided it's a few weeks before the stay? I don't want to be calling a hotel in Europe. Would it make any difference?
