Yes, only 3 or 4 airlines work with gift cards for the $100 (Gold) / $200 (Plat) / $250 (Hilton Aspire) "airline incidentals" credit. With AA and Southwest, up to the full amount. With DL, only $50 per gift card (and you can only 3 DL gift cards per DL flight purchase). I'm not familiar with what limitations there may be with using Southwest gift cards.
