45 mins is tight but the security transfer at T2 is a lot more spacious and less crowded than at T1.
It also depends on where the incoming plane gets parked.
Sometimes, it took me at least 10 mins to walk from the plane door to the immigration counter.

KE however does always hold up plane departures for late arriving transfer pax.
