Apply for green Serve and/or BB accounts and load them with your vanilla Visas at WM for free. As of today, Jan 19, it is still working but this loophole can close at any time so register for S/BB now if you don't have those prepaid reloadables.
You can also load them to Serve (NOT BB) for free if you have DollarGen and/or FamilyDollar.
