So 11 C-G versus 15 & 16 A/B.
I’m guessing that row 14 (bulkhead) and/or row 34AB/HJ windows are unavailable as well.
With the new config, I beleive that the best seats are still row 11, then 34AB/HJ, then 14 in that order. There’s a warning on SeatGuru regarding 15A/J (strut impinging on shoulder room)
What you pick I suppose ultimately depends on what your families needs are.
For instance-if there’s kids of the age that a window seat would be good and they can be “across the plane” so to speak (or have a parent in each aisle seat) I’d be trying first for 14ABCD/EGHJ or 34AB/HJ-the views to Hawaii are amazing! I’ve only flown the old config and I’d avoid middles in row 34 but the windows in that row are “old row 11” good. Again don’t know your whole situation like the ages/needs--but if 34 is open I’d snag the windows. You’d be a little further back for deplaning, but it’s a legroom tradeoff. If you don’t “need” or want a window, grab 11-but there IS a bulkhead-I’ve attached a pic from a points guy review as well as one of row 34 from seatguru.
