Been waiting since Monday for multiple changes to my Cash Rewards Card... None have happened and it's now Saturday. It's great they've sat on their hands all week and did nothing for my account.

-BoA told me on Sunday my online payment issue (regarding not being able to pay through the website) should be fixed "within five business days...." Still broken.
-I still can't choose my 3% category and the $25.00 minimum redemption is still there.
-I paid my bill off in full two days ago and there's a hold on it.

Just going to cancel today and stick with NFCU for 3x/2x on everything, plus better treatment and customer service. This card sucks anyways unless you're stashing $20,000+ in a Merrill Lynch account... The two and three percent categories are limited to $833 spending dollars a month - typical company who only cares about the shareholders instead of its employees and customers.
