Just checked in at The Athenee. No suite upgrade as they are fully booked. Given 4pm checkout without asking. However, breakfast at The Rain Tree Cafe is only available as a platinum benefit choice. Is that the norm? No Ambassador here. Just a Platinum Prefered.
