IIRC between YYZ and CVG was all regional (Comair) at that point - that’s the route we were rebooked on when our flight to ATL was canceled.
The OAG indeed lists all DL service between CVG and YYZ in the fall of 1994 as being flown by Comair as the Delta Connection with six round trip flights a day operated with CRJ equipment.
