Thats the AA club, formerly the US Envoy lounge. Very nice compared to the UA club.
Agree. UA Club in PHL is pretty much a dump, located in the hallway between C and D concourses. I would recommend it only if you are departing with UA in PHL, which is generally in the D concourse. The AA club has much more space and better views (actually it has a view of something, as opposed the the UA Club).
