A friend and I are on the upgrade list, have checked in, but the app isn't showing anybody on the list. And, all labels and FINs show the aircraft to be the usual 77L.

But now the seat map for J has changed from 11 rows of J (the 77L) to 9 rows which is the 789. Odder still, the Y seat map still shows the 77L layout.

Has anyone seen this scenario before? I know things change fast, and there are equip swaps all the time - but I just wanted to see what the group here thinks.
