Hard to believe I know but food offerings IME have varied on evening (post-meal services hours) to the WC from PHL. For the most part, I've had both nuts and cookie service although on a few flights, I've been given the choice of cookies or nuts. This mirrors the 20:35 flight meal service BOSORD, which usually doesn't depart until at least 21:00.
