Probably the bank or a cambio, if you’re still in Mexico. Probably a bank in the US. The forex at LAX will charge you like an angry bull to exchange your currency, but depending on where you live it may be easier. (You’re talking about ~$471 USD.)
If you haven’t left Mexico, you might try selling arriving Americans the pesos at a rate that’s decent for both of you. I’ve done that and it has worked well - we both save forex commissions, and we both get usable currency.
