If you do make it over for a similar tea experience, might I recommend COVA at Burj Khalifa? While I haven't been to their Dubai location yet (it's fairly new), I have been to their flagship in Milan and many outposts in Japan, China and Hong Kong. All the chocolates are imported from Milan and the pastry recipes are the same.
