QF 787 PE although seat design wise is good has been criticised for poor pitch as it’s a cradle seat that lifts the knees up effectively reducing seat pitch for a tall person. For OP who is 6ft 6 that’s not a good idea.
QF A330’s also don’t have PE hence it would be Y from PER to SYD.
