You can check your voucher balance in the AY website when you log in to your account and go the section where you see your account transactions etc. (vouchers have their own tab there).
Ahh that's unfortunate. Same for me... haha.
Now I get it, it's under the ''benefits'' tab! But indeed it shows '' No Vouchers'' while my app shows 1SH and 1LH voucher available.
