It seems like the 30 min VOA line wouldn't be a big deal if you're just going to go sit in the departure terminal? Or you're getting a hotel for 4 hours? If you're just sitting around anyway, might as well get the voa.

As for the actual question, not too many come back and share about using the e-visa. Unfortunately you might have to be the one to try it if you want that answer.
