If you are on CX metal, yes you will have access to F lounges per the OW rules. Save your SFO-HKG boarding pass just to be safe.

If you are on NZ metal to AKL, no you won't.

I don’t know the flight timings but if the 11 hours crosses the 2-6am period then it won’t be same day and technically you won’t have access to the F lounge.
