I've reached out to a few members who were saying they could not make their elite benefit choice. For those who responded, thank you for allowing us to get to the bottom of the issue.
As it turns out, this is a timing issue where accounts that had stays in late December posted in this calendar year have yet to be added to the eligibility table. I'm told that those who had their stays posted the first week of January should be able to make their selection by Monday, if not sooner.
So, thank you for your patience in the interim.
