A couple of things ...
You have your terminals mixed up: you will arrive on KE (Korean) into T2 and depart on LH (Lufthansa) from T1.
Second: you will have to collect your luggage at ICN as KE is unlikely to check through your luggage on separate tickets.
Check the ICN website for details on transferring between terminals and then re-check with LH.
