What you are seeing is just a seat map for if your flight gets switched to a Polarized 772. in the original 777-200, Economy Class is 3-3-3 seating. In the Polarized seat map, Economy Class is 3-4-3 so they add that empty column of F seats. What plane you end up getting is announced about 60 hours before your flight but it can change until the last minute.
