if you are trying to upgrade from y to j keep in mind the 762 has more seats in j than the 757 has in f so more seats could be available to you for upgrading purposes. also on the 757 routes the f cabin tends to fill up like jfk lgb bec. the f fares are pretty cheep (as far as f fares go)
