You will have to wait for the OLCI or check in at the airport to change the number. I am a FB member and I have run into this issue several times. Lesson learned, never add flights that I don't want to credit to my AF APP.
I fly AF a lot and have never run into this issue. Don't book while you're logged into FB, and then add the reservation to your AF app using the PNR instead. If you need to add or re-add your SM number, contact them on Twitter.
