I have written in earlier in Jan 2019 to request for manual review in view of a couple of adjusted stays. I was informed that I will be renewed and a line on 9 Jan 19 showed "Royal Ambassador Status". Today on 16 Jan 2019, I have gotten another similar line "Royal Ambassador Status". My last name starts with L.
