I recall they linked myself, my wife and my son just be submitting my son's birth certificate. Our wedding certificate is in Italian and has my wife's maiden name only (she only changed her name when pregnant several years later) so we didnt even bother sending the WC because figured it would cause more confusion for the Skypass folks. Seems that the BC with both parents listed was enough to link all 3 people together.
