FWIW, OLCI did save some time, as we could go directly toward the gate without having to stop at the check-in area.

Fast-track security was very fast, as was passport control. Only a couple of people ahead of us at each.

It was only a 6 minute walk from the lounge to the gate. Because we did OLCI, we had to deal with a security person at the gate, but she asked almost no questions.

All in all, a rather easy experience.
