We are due to fly into JFK Terminal 5. We have arranged a towncar to drive us into Manhattan. Our confirmation email states; "Pickup By Curbside (Passenger Pickup Area) on arrival level".

Could someone tell me exactly where is that area at JFK Terminal 5 and how to find it from the baggage claim.
