No access to UCs with just the domestic flight in First Class. Since you paid for the E+ seats, it indicates to me that you are not Gold. That would have allowed access to the UCs.
If your upgrade clears on the LAX-SYD, then you have access to the UC in CLE and the Polaris Lounge in LAX.
