Don't forget, that's what that 1,000 exit tax we're paying for is suppose to help speed up immigration :-P
In reality, I don't think I've ever waited more than 10 minutes tops at Narita immigration. I can't say the same about Terminal 1 at JFK when I came back last week :-P
