Thank you CCIE_Flyer, that doesn't sound good at all. My main concern was if they're doing their own thing then I don't want to get a message a few days before I turn up saying they've cancelled my points booking but I can have it for cash. I've booked anyway as I want to go to Sri Lanka and Hilton properties don't really compare.
