Mormik, read the labels carefully, and more importantly, read the T&C at tekelberry's URLs above. No, I don't know, but if they don't require US addresses, you're probably OK. If it says you must reside in the US, no dice. (I've cashed some in myself, but not the last few weeks, and I don't recall much regarding residency - other than I get kind of obsessive about meeting the requirements they lay on so I can get the credit for those bits of cardboad.)
