MSP has a United club. It doesn't have a kitchen though so the food selection is pretty much the same as it was 10 years ago (plus soup.)

TPA is more of a leisure route so can see why they might put RDU first.

Could also be an issue of space - does the airport have a place for United to put a club even if they wanted to?
