Yes, it will cause problems. Go to check-in or the lounge and get it cleared before arriving at the gate. AA won't see this flag, it's for FLY only.
Thanks for the quick reply CWS, I'll head to the lounge at JER and try to get it sorted. I assume it's not serious enough that I need to call BA and have myself offloaded?
